  • Payments are due on the 15th of each month.
  • Payment must be received by 5:00 PM on the due date.
  • Payment received after 5PM on the due date is subject to a late fee 10% of the delinquent amount.
  • Payment received after 5:00 PM on the 25th of each month will be subject to a $40.00 late fee and the service may be disconnected without further notice.
  • Failure to receive your bill does not exempt payment.
  • Payment options are bank draft, cash, check, or money orders in the office. You may use your debit/credit card 24 hours 7 days a week at 1-864-465-8843 or www.mccormickcountysc.org.  We also have a dropbox outside our drive thru window. If you choose to send an electronic payment through your bank, DO NOT add zeros in front or behind your water bill account number. Please enter the last 4 digits of your water account number only; if not your bank will mail us a check. Please follow up with your bank to make sure they provide this electronic service.
  • Office hours are 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday except for holidays.
